Обея (Obeya) В переводе с японского языка означает «большое помещение», «комната». На Toyota обея — важнейший инструмент управления проектами, способствующий эффективной и быстрой коммуникации и активно используемый на стадии разработки. Концептуально обея напоминает традиционный «военный штаб», в котором располагаются карты, доски и графики, показывающие ключевые контрольные точки проекта, ход его реализации, описание сложностей и различных технических проблем (если они имеют место). Каждому менеджеру проекта в нужное время реализации проекта в обея предоставляется рабочее место. Цель обея — сокращать цикл PDCA и таким образом ускорять успех проекта. 64
